Bhangra of Democracy

Another election is over, what a dance of democracy (read Dynasty).

My prediction come true, the internet literates couldn't stop government winning second time in succession, A government which is full of millionaires and which on the 3rd day of constitution, is talking about OBC reservation in privately held firms!!! Way to go.

And why complaining, We Indians are blessed with an interesting obsession towards dynasties and famous surname (which has no relation with the current bearers of the flag :-) )

today government is happy about their success in the election, in spite giving chance to many young people, how they made their ways to the most prestigious (and ironically most corrupted too) place in India “THE PARLIAMENT”, It’s really wow to hear that But aren't we ignoring something, the similarities between all these young MPs … aren’t their surnames sounds familiar to us? haven’t we heard these surnames earlier? or there is something common in their family background!

It's really easy to crack the key to success for these young Indian politicians, it’s definitely not their brilliancy or extra ordinary leadership qualities, it's just that these lucky fellas are boarded on a mothership which has a trigger to launch them directly to parliament and its just a coincidence that they share the same surname or constituencies with their dadaji/Nanaji.

But still we can't crib about it and other stuffs as deeply we are still so bounded to dynasties and can’t even think beyond them when we vote to choose our representative or Leaders.

I can't comment on how long will this continue, but am sure it's not gonna change till we are not changing our mindsets, we need to think if India is true democracy or just wearing a veil of democracy to hide monarchy and dynasties, and I know exceptions are there, and I seek for even more exceptionally good leaders and politicians.

So for now let me conclude, that it’s not about INDIA INC. but INDIA (in) PVT. LTD….. a privately held company with only dynastic reservation ;-)

India! in Illusion

I don't know if all the articles written about Mumbai Attack worth as personally I find them far from reality, as we see from the eyes of media, a media which is sensational and scandalized…. We protest on net or by lighting candles (it took 8 big blasts this year to light candles why? Or we’re so used to of the blasts that we made terrorist think and they needed something else to shake us) .. Media covers an attack, we write blogs and we forget is our attitude. Our blood boils whenever we see some unidentified enemy invading our country and killing fellow countrymen, but it takes few days to freeze again…. We blame Pakistan, and that we do real nicely, but what are we doing other than that?

We keep forgetting India is not about 8 Metropolitan cities and people surfing on internet, it’s about thousands of village and villager who are far from this entire media and information technology…. We show billion hands in hands and warn our neighbor, for me It's a favorite fantasy as an Indian.

About stand of our government and politicians after this attack, and their hoax warnings to Pakistan … believe they don’t have back bone and are not responding because “ENOUGH is ENOUGH” protests but they really don’t want to publicized their impotency to the foreign world… they know it and pretty sure about it that they will get their votes, because the articles flowing on net about 40A or whatever, will never reach the major part of India, which is their target addressees… we crib and will keep on cribbing about politics, religion and castes, Mullayam, Lalu, Achuthanandan , and Raj Thackrey, but what exactly we do about them. We ourselves are divided by the core of our hearts, and nobody here can deny this, if not religion we have region, if not caste we have language, if not color we have economical status…. As if we are in the race of proving oneself superior to other… surf any online news channel’s article, people are not responding but fight as if they got some battle ground to throw out their frustration… deep to the core of our souls we find really unattached to the people who can’t speak elite language…. [Otherwise these candle light protests would have been there when 130 people killed In Assam Blast], we are deeply biased and controlled by prejudice.

‘Russell Peters’ (Stand up Comedian from Indian Origin) in one of his shows talked about how after 9/11 we Indians are confused with terrorist, and he explained in one line how we are different from Terrorists, quoted “TERRORISTS HATE AMERICA, AND INDIANS HATE EACH OTHER” truth conveyed.

We can’t move ahead further with an excuse…. Please stop quoting India is growing in-spite of its’ politicians, because now they are not allowing us to move forward an inch… and finally I don’t know if what I have written here is worth but yes I am shattered as an Indian and I am crying for those who lost their lives and for those who lost their loved ones… I am angry and yes I am feeling helpless and hopeless.
